We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to reconsider your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions, processes, and timelines under which refunds may be requested and processed. By engaging our services and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this policy. We encourage all clients to review this document carefully before initiating a project with us.
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, balancing our commitment to quality service delivery with reasonable protections for our clients. We invest significant creative resources, time, and expertise into every project from the moment an order is confirmed. Therefore, refunds are only available under specific conditions that respect the work already performed by our design and development teams. The following conditions detail when a refund request will be considered and when it will be voided.
Refund Policy Details
Refund policy will be voided if:
1. A discounted package has been chosen.
2. The primary design concept has been approved.
3. You have demanded revisions.
4. Urgent design projects are non-refundable.
5. The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
6. The client is unresponsive or out of contact for more than 2 weeks of project.
7. Company's policies, or policy, have been violated.
8. Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
9. The creative brief is lacking in required information.
10. A complete design change has been demanded.
11. The claim has crossed the given 'request for refund' time span.
12. The business is closing or changing name or business.
13. Reasons such as 'change of mind', 'disagreement with partner' or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
14. If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and 'not' the entire bundle.
15. No refund can be claimed/processed once after the final files have been delivered to you following your request.
16. Refund and revision explicitly does not apply on items offered free.
17. Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration and Web Hosting are not entitled to refund under any circumstances.
18. In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
19. In case of logo, refunds will not be entertained once client has shared positive feedback on revisions and design is sent for final files.
20. Refund will not be applicable on the work outsourced by third party.
Note: We have all rights to hold or reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund or dispute, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose, they will be our sole property. The company will be the rightful owner of designs.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the processing time depends on your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take 7 to 14 business days depending on your financial institution. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated, including a reference number for your records.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, Web Designs Den may offer a partial refund rather than a full refund. This typically applies when significant work has already been completed on your project but the project cannot proceed to completion due to circumstances beyond our control. The partial refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work remaining versus work already delivered. This determination is made at the sole discretion of Web Designs Den management after reviewing the project status and deliverables.
How to Claim Your Refund
You can send us an email at billing@webdesignsden.com for a refund request. Our billing department will respond as soon as we receive your refund request. The process will be initiated after the required analysis is completed.
When submitting your refund request, please include your order number, the date of purchase, the service package name, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request. Providing complete information helps our billing team process your request efficiently and reach a resolution as quickly as possible. Incomplete refund requests may experience delays in processing.

Our management team is committed to resolving disputes fairly and amicably. In the event that a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action.
